Recently joined this auto / manual surf exchange, mainly because I want value for my FREE membership. With a surf ratio of .65, this exchange is better than many auto exchanges with a .5 or lower Free Member ratio. They also have a manual surf with the same ratio, and that gives you the break you need from auto surfing.
